Marshal Pierre Augereau. 1757-1816. A brilliant general during the Italian campaign, he was elevated to the rank of Marshal in 1804 and made Duc de Castiglionne. He gradually lost his prestige with Napoleon, disowning him after the fall of the Empire. Made by Gustave Vertunni, France, circa 1950. Solid lead figurine. Scale 55mm to eye line.
