Jacques Cathelineau (1759-1793). He was the first generalissimo of the Catholic and Royal Army of the Vendée during the French Revolution. Work by Pierre Décamps circa 1960. Executed in lead leaf on a rigid lead frame. Pierre Décamps worked extensively with Ballada, and numerous figurines from his workshop can be admired at the Musée de la figurine in Compiègne. Size 65mm.
