Jeanne de Navarre (1273-1305). She became Queen of Navarre and Countess of Champagne on the death of her father Henri 1er in 1274. Her mother Blanche d’Artois assumed regency of the kingdom. Raised at the French court, she married the future king, Philippe IV le Bel. Their union produced six children, including three sons, all of whom became kings of France. Made by Gustave Vertunni, France, circa 1945. Hollow lead figurine, filled with plaster. Scale 55mm to eye line. Overall height: 60 – 65mm.
