Marie-Louise-Victoire de Donnissan, Marquise de Lescure then de La Rochejaquelein, (1772-1857). She was the wife of Louis de Lescure, one of the leaders of the Catholic and Royal Army, then of Louis du Vergier de La Rochejaquelein, brother of Henri, the most famous of the Vendée generals. Work by Pierre Décamps circa 1960. Executed in lead leaf on a rigid lead frame. Pierre Décamps worked extensively with Ballada, and numerous figurines from his workshop can be admired at the Musée de la figurine in Compiègne. Size 65mm.
